I spent this weekend with my dear friends Michelle and Kim in Las Vegas. It was a fantastic trip for 3 reasons: (1) I visited Kim and Michelle; (2) I cooked delicious dinner with them (Curried Couscous with Chicken and Zucchini); (3) Vegas has greatly improved itself by adding an H&M, which I visited with great enthusiasm. And contrary to usual Vegas weather, it was chilly and rainy for the majority of the time, except for Monday, allowing us a quick dip in one of the three pools at Michelle's hotel, I mean apartment complex (it has 3 pools: 1 heated, 1 medium, 1 cold; 1 amazing club house with a huge exercise room; and, of course, Buddy and Michelle). Once my checkbook has recovered from being stretched so thin, I'll have to make another trip down...
